So, I was so excited about this, except for one, small, insignificant detail. You need to be 21 to enter. I am nineteen.

When I won a competition to meet Pink back in August of last year, I took my step mum, although there were 100 people (my age) who I would have loved to take I didn’t really regret it.  At the time she said that if she wins a competition like it, she would take me.

I’ve thought of all the possible ways to beat the system, but since I need a passport to fly from Australia to the USA, I don’t really see how it could work.

I know she hasn’t won the competition yet, but grrrr, if she does, I will be soooo upset.

I think this is an FML moment.

Claire is playing it right now, and it is horrible. It’s full of gremlins and other scary monsters and I’m not impressed with it at all. Hahahahaha ahhhh.

The music is so suspenseful, and the graphics are amazing (which does help at all).

I definitely wont be playing this game, it makes me think of something the soldiers in Afghanistan would play to desensitised them to the ‘horrors of war’ or something.

I much prefer my ‘Harry Potter Quidditch World Cup’ game! Ahh, such a soft one, I am!

Just a side note, Author- date Harvard referencing is a bitch.

Lucky it is a kind of interesting topic, so I don’t get toooooo bored doing it!

In my opinion, it is over done, to the point where people think they like it, purely because the story is so intense, fast moving and dramatic. The video itself isn’t a masterpiece, Jonas Akerlund has done a lot better!

Yeah, the dancing, costumes and make up are fantastically done, but the shooting of the video is lacking, all fast shots, nothing that capture the essence of the song…

I am disappointed, both in Gaga and Akerlund.

I’ve been there three weeks now, and I love it!

I am making some really great friends, I have great classes, and minus one or two, I have really great lecturers!

My classes are Nursing, Anatomy and Physiology, Health Across the Lifespan and Effective Communication for Practice!

My favourites are Nursing and Anatomy and Physiology! They’re both really interesting, and I feel like I am learning something that I will one day use!

I love how open uni is, how really, we can do whatever we want, and we are treated like adults! It suits me really well! I think its the type of learning I work best with!

I usually catch the bus to uni, but when I drive, because I am stingy, I park off campus, and walk in, to save the money on parking. Yeah, admit it, I’m cool! It’s a great way to keep fit too!

Most of my new friends are mature age students, around 25 to 30. They’re interesting because they’ve done something with their life, so they’ve got something interesting to talk about! But in saying that, I’m also friends with some school leavers too!

I think I’ll do well, as long as I stay on top of things, there is sooo much course work to do! :/

I’m doing really really well,  tonight a scored a goal, and did some pretty impressive passing!

Also, I have started uni, which is very fun! I am doing a Bachelor of Nursing, Pre-Registration, which is really fun and interesting! And the moment it is still really easy, we get more lectures on the Beep Beep Woop Woop sounding siren than we do on anything course related!

I have been puppy-sitting Claire’s new puppy Izzie a lot lately, and finally she is growing out of the biting stage, and is concentrating on being really cute, which I love! She is learning how to give kisses, rather than hickies! Haha!

Thats about my entire life at the moment! I love it!

We looked up ALL  the flights coming in from Melbourne, as she had a show there the night before, the first one came in at 7 am, and they kept coming in, on the hour, until 1pm. Because we didn’t want to risk missing her, we got here at seven, we were the only swift stalkers there!

We were representing the Swifty Club very well, we had hats, and cool hand made t-shirts!

As the day went on, a few more people came to meet Taylor! None were as dressed up as us! One girl had a guitar with her, so we sat on the floor, singing songs! Of course, they were all Taylor Swift songs!

Finally Taylors plane came, the last one, at 1pm. We saw her walking up the ramp, it was sooo exciting! She started singing her song Fearless to her, and she was soooooo excited!

She took photos with us, and answered questions, and signed things!

She needed to go pretty quickly, as her car was waiting!

I also got to talk to her Mum, her name is Andrea, and she is REALLY cool!

We talked to the band too! Caitlin is my favourite, she recognised Von and I on the night, and was dancing to us, smiling, pointing and pulling faces! We had a lot of fun!

Taylor And I

It was around seven o’clock and I got a call from a lady called Donna, who told me that Mel had been in a car crash on the freeway…
Being slightly very drunk I totally freaked out…

She had fallen asleep, and rolled her car, just missing a rock and heaps of trees. She was soooo lucky she didn’t hurt herself, or anyone else, when you see the photos, you’ll agree she was incredibly lucky.

Von drove me into the hospital, and stayed with me until Sal and Ben arrived, which was around midnight.

Since it was Sal’s birthday, and we were both already drunk, and making stupid decisions, we thought we’d go over to town, and have a drink, a drink turned into many drinks.  I was so sick that night.

The nurses in the hosp made sal happy birthday balloons out of medical gloves, which was pretty cool!
